I booked Gowrishanker after seeing the great reviews and photos on wedmegood, but it has been a frustrating customer experience getting him to commit to his promises. I am torn between two things as I write this review after 2 months of my wedding, while I was promised all the photo, video deliverables within a few days to weeks. I was extremely pleased by the quality of the photos but is that all you look for in a service?! there is so much that goes into being a professional and keeping your words to the customer. There were a few red signals before the wedding but I ignored them, such as the owner not turning up to a meeting for the final photo and decoration rehearsal that had been agreed upon upfront. I had made my final settlement the very next day after the wedding but in return, I am getting my messages ignored false promises of deliverable being ready and that I would get in a week, or 2 days. Word of warning for those who go by reviews and book, beware and get everything written on paper or agree on a certain way about payment so that YOU, the CUSTOMER don't have to be after the studio while they don't respect a deadline or care about customer service
